Membership Agreement

Class cancellations and no-shows

• Classes must be canceled at least 8 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Late cancellations incur a $5 fee; no-shows incur a $10 fee.
• Arriving more than 5 minutes late may result in being marked absent and denied entry.
• Class pass holders forfeit the class credit for any late cancellation or no-show.

Waitlist policy

Clients must remove themselves from the waitlist if they can no longer attend. Automatic enrollment may occur up to two hours before class.

Class passes

• 10-Class Passes expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Expired passes will not be extended or refunded.

Membership holds

• Membership holds are available only for verified medical reasons or military relocation.

Membership terminations

• Termination requests must be emailed to Terminations@FYTKeyWest.com at least 5 business days before your billing date.
• Termination requests are not accepted in person, by phone, online, or through social media.
• Monthly memberships are subject to a $30 termination fee.
• Requests received after the 5-business-day deadline will be processed after the next scheduled payment.
• No refunds will be issued for memberships not terminated in accordance with this policy or for charges older than 60 days.

Autopay contracts

• Selecting "Cancel Autopay" online does not terminate your membership.
• The online feature only prevents automatic renewal after completion of the 12-month contract term.
• To terminate before the contract term ends, members must follow the Membership Termination Policy above.
